We collect account information (name, phone, email, and for barbers, shop address and payout details), location data used to match customers with nearby barbers, booking history, ratings and reviews, and payment information handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
We use this to operate the Platform, process payments and payouts, send booking-related notifications, and review reported disputes. We share only the minimum information needed for a booking to work and do not sell personal data to third parties.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to what we're required to retain for legal, safety, or financial record-keeping purposes.
